Terms of Service

By accessing or using 99BulEv ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Platform, including registered account holders, listing owners, and browsing guests.

99BulEv is a real estate listing platform focused on Northern Cyprus. Users may browse, search, post, and respond to property listings. You agree to: • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes • Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your listings and profile • Not impersonate any person or entity • Not post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings • Not use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Platform • Not interfere with the normal functioning of the Platform or its servers

To post listings on the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You may register as an Individual or a Company. Company accounts require additional verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you post a listing on 99BulEv, you represent and warrant that: • You are the owner of the property or are authorized by the owner to list it • All information (price, description, photos, location) is accurate and not misleading • The listing does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights • You hold all necessary rights to any photos or media you upload 99BulEv reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion. Listings go through a moderation queue before being published to the general public. You retain ownership of your content but grant 99BulEv a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 99BulEv: • Posting properties you do not own or are not authorized to represent • Price manipulation or bait-and-switch tactics • Harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward other users • Posting illegal properties or content related to illegal activities • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or limitations • Using the Platform to collect personal information from other users for unauthorized purposes Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

99BulEv is a listing platform only. We are not a real estate agent, broker, or party to any transaction between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. We do not: • Verify the legal title or ownership of any listed property • Guarantee the accuracy of listing prices or descriptions • Act as an intermediary in negotiations • Provide legal or financial advice All transactions and agreements between users are solely their responsibility. We strongly advise users to conduct independent due diligence, consult licensed local professionals, and verify all legal documentation before entering any property transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99BulEv and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Your use of or inability to use the Platform • Any transactions or disputes between users • Unauthorized access to your account or personal data • Any errors or inaccuracies in listing content

The 99BulEv name, logo, design, and all associated brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of 99BulEv. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute these elements without prior written permission. The Platform software, code, and architecture are protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at 99bulev@gmail.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
